nextstep Berkshire provider network we cover a

Face-to-face
advice at NO CHARGE
If you have few qualifications (below NVQ level 2 or GCSE A-C standard)
you are entitled to free face-to-face advice at a local advice centre.
You can choose a centre that is conveniently located, or one that
specialises in a particular client group (such as refugees or people
with disabilities).
Your adviser will help you to choose a course, sort out the funding
and get a place. They will answer your questions about the course
and the benefits that it will bring. |
| All of
the agencies providing information and advice through the
nextstep Berkshire provider network are accredited
(or working towards accreditation) to the nationally recognised
Matrix quality standard.
They support the National IAG Board principles of service delivery
and the Guidance Council Code of Principles. |
| Minimum
response times
Our service delivery agencies seek to achieve the following minimum
response times:
• 24 hour response to requests for information;
• signposting to alternative sources of IAG, within 24 hours
of an original enquiry;
• 3 working days to seek information that is not readily
available;
• 5 working days to arrange appointments for advice.
We value your feedback on the quality and effectiveness
of our services. Our suggestions and complaints procedure is designed
to invite your feedback. We are keen to address the issue(s) you
raise, learn from the experience and use this to improve our services
in the future. |
